What to Wear for the Best Underwater Shots
Flowing, lightweight fabrics create stunning movement underwater. Follow these tips for beautiful, comfortable results.
Best Choices
- • Chiffon dresses
- • Tulle & organza gowns
- • Silk robes or wraps
- • Lightweight stretch fabrics (jersey/lycra)
Fitted top + flowing bottom works beautifully. Slits and open movement create elegant lines.
Colors
- • Bold: Red, white, black, jewel tones
- • Soft: Lighter pastels for ethereal glow
Avoid colors that blend with pool water if you want strong contrast.
What to Avoid
- • Heavy fabrics (velvet, denim, cotton, wool)
